Ideally, you should come wearing athletic and/or comfortable clothing that will allow the injured body-part to be examined. Also, remember to bring in the physical therapy referral from your doctor, your insurance card, photo ID, and any x-rays or other imaging copies you have been given.
We are in-network with most private insurance carriers, Medicare, Tricare, and Worker’s compensation. If you have any questions about whether your health insurance covers the costs of your treatments, please contact your health insurance directly. As a courtesy to our patients, we will also verify your insurance benefits prior to your initial evaluation. A typical treatment session at Peak Performance includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and pain modality treatments. Of course, each patient and each condition are unique, and it will be a collaboration between you and your physical therapist each visit to determine the best form of treatment for that day. Rest assured, you will have individual access to and personal treatment by your physical therapist each and every visit.
